Friends?

January 8th, 2011 at 12:27 am

I recently helped a couple who I thought were my friends but learning I was mistaken. Everyone is having a tough time in this economy but at what cost do you 'use' 'take advantage' or 'abuse a friendship'?

Sounds like you feel used and unappreciated. Frown That's no fun! Sorry.

Welcome! Yes, some of those in need take advantage of those who are not or appear not to be in need.

I think you put just like it really is! I do everything I can to save money. So to those who are not capable, all they see is supplier to their sending habits. I plan to explain the details a bit at a time to create the full picture. I am not necessarily looking for a pity party but rather other's reactions as this unfolds.

Although I have no idea what happened to you, it feels terrible to lose a good friendship, especially when you've been kind of betrayed. I am so sorry that happened to you and I hope the friendship can be repaired if you want it to be.
